Our Expertise

DDFC, a member of the DDFC Group companies, is involved in shop manufacturing and site installation activities covering a wide range of industrial products including Fired & Waste Heat Recovery Boilers, Waste Water Treatment Plants, Pressure Vessels, Stainless Steel Equipment and Customized Fabrication and hence is able to offer a wide array of opportunities to prospective engineers and other management professionals.

Special Engineer in Training Programs

Special training programs are developed for graduate engineers to accelerate their transition from university to the workplace. Since all Group companies are laterally integrated, there is a minimal organizational hierarchy and trainee engineers have frequent access to the top management allowing them to fully benefit from their expertise. Cross functional responsibilities and rotational assignments in various departments ensure maximum exposure to all aspects of the organization and a high learning curve.
